สังคมออนไลน์ที่เป็นอันตรายต่อพระพุทธศาสนา

Abstract

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงอันตรายของความเจริญก้าวหน้าไปอย่างมากจากการก้าวเข้าสู่ยุคอินเตอร์เน็ต ยุคแห่งข้อมูลข่าวสาร สื่อที่เป็นสากลไร้พรมแดน ที่เรียกกันว่า สังคมออนไลน์ โดยการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ของพระภิกษุสามเณรในการแสดงพฤติกรรมการใช้ที่ไม่เหมาะสมของสมณเพศ รวมทั้งจากการเสพข่าวสารของประชาชนทั่วไปที่ได้ทราบข่าวการประพฤติตนที่ไม่เหมาะสมของพระภิกษุสารเณรด้วย สำหรับแนวทางการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ที่เหมาะสมของพระภิกษุสงฆ์ คือประยุกต์หลักของพระธรรมพระวินัยที่นำมาปฏิบัติ ก็ต้องปรับให้เกิดความเหมาะสมและมีเหตุมีผลมากยิ่งขึ้น หากจะเอาแต่เพียงตัวอักษรที่บันทึก ไม่ผ่านกระบวนการตีความ คงเหมือนจะไม่มีอะไรที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากเดิมแน่นอน และควรตระหนักในหน้าที่ของตนเอง ความเหมาะสมของการกระทำ พุทธศาสนิกชนต้องช่วยกันป้องกันภัยต่าง ๆ อันจะก่อให้เกิดความเสียหาย และช่วยนำเสนอความจริง เรื่องราวต่าง ๆ ตามความเป็นจริงและออกมาปกป้องอย่างจริงจัง สร้างทัศนคติที่ดีของพระพุทธศาสนาให้ปรากฏ

  The objective of this academic article was to demonstrate dangers of overestimated progress as a result from the Internet era, the age of information, which was the borderless media, as known the social media. At the time, unsuitable behaviors of monks and novices were found evident on several social media, including people’s perception of news on bad behaviors of monks and novices. However, the guideline for the monks’ appropriate usage of social media was referred to the application of the Buddhist Doctrine and Discipline, which had to be adjusted appropriately and reasonably. If it was considered literally without the interpretation process, there seemed not to be any change. As Buddhist monks, duties, including appropriate actions, should be recognized, and the Buddhist should help to prevent dangers leading to damages, to present the fact and any affair as it was, to protect them definitely and to express good attitude on Buddhism.
