ความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาทางการเมืองของประชาชน ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศไทย
Abstract
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาทางการเมือง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บรวบรวมความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน พร้อมทั้งทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 12 ท่านสำหรับนำมาวิเคราะห์คำตอบตามวัตถุประสงค์วิจัย
ผลวิจัยพบว่า
1) ความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองมีองค์ประกอบ ประกอบด้วย ความขัดแย้งด้านข้อมูล ด้านผลประโยชน์ ด้านโครงสร้าง ด้านความสัมพันธ์ และด้านคุณค่า ในขณะที่พัฒนาทางการเมือง มีองค์ประกอบด้านความเท่าเทียมกัน ความสามารถของระบบการเมือง การเสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบมีเหตุผล และความเป็นอิสระของระบบย่อย
2) ตัวแปรวิจัยทั้งสามมีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01 โดยตัวแปรความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองและพัฒนาทางการเมืองมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ค่า r .573
3) ความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนร่วมกันได้ร้อยละ 35.5 และมีอิทธิพลพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 42.7 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 ตามลำดับ
The main objective of the research was to analyze factors of political conflicts effecting political development. The data were collected from 400 samples, including the interview of twelve qualified experts, and analyzed according to the objectives of the research.
The findings of the research were as follows:
- The political conflicts were comprised of a conflict of data, a conflict of interest, a conflict of structures, a conflict of relationship, and a conflict of values. The political development was comprised of equality, efficiency of the political system, secularization of political culture, and independence of subsystems.
- Three variables of the research were found to be related in the same direction at a statistically significant level of .01. The variable of political conflict and the variable of political development were related to each other (r = .573)
- The political conflict was found able to describe its covariance of 35.5% and its prediction influence of 42.7% at a statistically significant level of .05.
